Our Emmanuel Kids ministry assists children birth through fifth grade and their families in becoming fully developing followers of Jesus. Your child can expect an atmosphere that encourages love and respect for each other, to learn the Gospel and how to develop a relationship with Jesus, and age-appropriate activities to enjoy as they bond with other children their age and their leaders.

For all children birth through 5th grade
Infants through Kindergarten meet in the Children's Venue in the main church building (through the Welcome Center). Our first through fifth graders meet in the Emmanuel Life Center (behind the main building) on the first floor. Our greeters will be happy to escort you!
A SAFE PLACE
Your children's safety is very important to us!
Volunteers must go through background checks to begin serving and continue to serve with Emmanuel Kids. They also must go through required training annually.
Members of our Safety and Security Team are stationed outside the children's area.
We utilize a check-in system so that only you or those you authorize may pick up your children after services. Check-in begins fifteen minutes before each service starts (8:45 and 10:30am).
If you'd like, you may pre-register your child(ren) so that we have all the information we need to make the check-in process go smoothly.

SERVE WITH EMMANUEL KIDS
LEARNING TEAM
The Emmanuel Kids Learning Team serves our children each Sunday morning. Resources are prepared in advance by the Prep Team. Responsibilities include:
- Providing a safe, secure and loving atmosphere
- Leading group activities that show how to apply the Bible lesson to life
- Serving 1 to 4 Sundays per month
PREP TEAM
The Emmanuel Kids Prep Team is responsible for assisting the Learning Team leaders by having lessons and supplies prepared in advance. Weekday tasks include:
- Preparing Sunday lessons for the Learning Team
- Preparing games and crafts
SUPPORT TEAM
The Emmanuel Kids Support Team helps take care of some of the logistical details that keep our ministry running smoothly, including:
- Check-in - being the first smiling face that families see and ensuring their children's safety by checking in their children
- Media/Tech - assisting with tech needs for large group activities
