HOSPITALITY MINISTRY

Our Hospitality teams provide refreshments every Sunday morning after services as well as full meals for special events.

The Baptism Team ensures that each baptism candidate has a memorable and meaningful baptism celebration. Responsibilities include:

• welcoming baptism candidates and their families/friends on Baptism Sundays (usually the last Sunday of the month)
• assisting candidates with the baptism ceremony
• preparing baptism celebrations in the Welcome Center on Baptism Sundays as needed

The Coffee Team provides refreshments to guests and members every Sunday morning.  Tasks include:

• creating a welcoming environment in the Welcome Center
• preparing coffee, lemonade, and water
• preparing attractive Sunday refreshment stations in the Welcome Center
• clean-up and break-down following Sunday services

Emmanuel's Culinary Team provides meals and refreshments for various church events including receptions and Vacation Bible School. Responsibilities include:

• safe food handling and storage
• meal planning and preparation
• efficiently serving large numbers of people
• observing standards of sanitation

The Special Events Team is available to those seeking assistance with the planning of weddings and funerals. Tasks include assisting with:

• planning
• coordinating
• decorating
